Q1: 小朋友不敢吃帶苦味的綠茶粉,可以不加嗎?
A1: 當然沒有問題唷! 如果擔心風味或是咖啡因含量,可酌量添加或是不添加唷~
材料包的綠茶粉可留著泡製冰涼的綠茶飲唷~
Q2: 食譜中提到加入17g蛋液,是整顆蛋全加入嗎?
A2: 一顆蛋平均重量50g,17g的蛋液約1/3顆蛋,千萬別~全部加進去唷!
Q3: 為何製作完成後還剩一些麵團呢?
A3: 舊振南貼心將損耗算入,多餘的麵團可壓模成薄餅狀,一起放入烤箱烤焙唷!
Q4: 家裡沒有秤,怎麼量60g的餡料呢?
A4: 文化館提供的餡料總重為300g,建議取出1/5的餡料來製作。剩下的餡料可冷藏保存,盡情發揮你的創意使用~塗抹吐司、搭配蘇打餅乾、搭配優格或是打成鳳梨牛奶~建議盡快於兩周內食用完畢。
