生仁(春節限定)

紅白兩色的生仁糖，又稱「天公豆」，是春節期間最常見的傳統糖果，是由臺灣本地花生炒熟後，翻滾時再將薄糖漿沾濕花生再灑入糖粉使其包裹住。花生有著長壽的寓意，加以花生需去殼食用，故也有象徵脫胎換骨的內涵，而「仁」則與人同音，生仁之名又代表著祈求人丁興旺之意。酥脆順口，一粒接著一粒，新春過年期間最為應景。
